Application to receive the Sacrament of Marriage<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Churches are available for Catholic weddings and we welcome your inquiry to book your special day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Parish Priest, Fr Cipriano, requires the wedding party contact him personally by phone, not by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking to Fr Cipriano is the first step in the process and is very important as it enables the wedding party to understand the importance that the Church places on the Sacrament of Marriage and it ensures that all the legal formalities have been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a fee for weddings by a Catholic Priest and the amount will depend on the type of service and where the ceremony is held. The following costs are a guide only and you will be given an invoice for payment once your wedding day is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Church hire fee: $250, plus GST. This covers the operational expenses of heating, lighting, cleaning, use of the Church and its equipment such as projectors, sound system etc.
Donation to the Priest: $500, no GST. This fee goes to the common fund that supports all priests in the
Diocese<\/p>\n\n\n\n
